1. 定义

  • "服务"：指本服务器提供的游戏服务器、网站、Forum、Shop及相关功能。
  • "用户/您"：指注册或使用本服务的任何个人。
  • "内容"：指游戏内建筑、聊天、网站发帖等由用户产生的信息。
  • "管理Teams"：指服务器的服主、管理员（OP）及协助管理的工作人员。

2. 资格与未成年人

  • 您应具备使用本服务的相应民事行为能力。
  • 若您为未成年人，应在监护人知情并同意的情况下使用本服务，充值行为须经监护人同意。
  • 管理Teams有权在合理怀疑账号由未获监护人同意的未成年人操作时，暂停相关账号或功能。

3. 账号注册与安全

  • 注册时须提供真实、有效的信息；不得冒用他人身份。
  • 每位用户原则上仅可注册一个主账号，小号政策以服务器公告为准。
  • 您须对账号下的一切行为负责，并妥善保管密码。
  • 如发现账号被盗或异常，请立即通过官方渠道联系管理Teams。
  • 因您自身保管不当导致的账号或财产损失，本服务器不承担责任。

4. 玩家行为规范

使用本服务期间，您不得进行以下行为：

游戏公平相关

  • 使用作弊客户端、外挂、透视、自动化脚本、宏、加速器等破坏公平的工具；
  • 恶意利用游戏漏洞（bug）刷物品、刷经济或获取不正当优势；
  • 恶意卡服、利用漏洞导致服务器崩溃或延迟。

社区秩序相关

  • 发布或传播辱骂、歧视、威胁、色情、暴力、赌博、违法或引战内容；
  • 刷屏、恶意广告、拉人到其他服务器或平台；
  • 人肉搜索、泄露他人隐私、进行现实威胁或骚扰；
  • 冒充管理Teams成员或其他玩家进行欺骗。

游戏内容相关

  • 未经允许恶意破坏、盗窃他人建筑与物品（以服务器玩法规则为准）；
  • 搭建含违规文字/图案的建筑；
  • 进行诈骗交易、恶意钓鱼。

5. 违规处理与申诉

  • 视违规程度，管理Teams可采取警告、禁言、清除非法物品、临时封禁或永久封禁等措施。
  • 具体处罚以服务器公布的处罚细则为准，管理Teams保留最终裁量权。
  • 如您认为处罚有误，可通过 QQ群 / Discord / 工单 提交申诉。申诉时请提供账号、时间与相关证据。
  • 恶意反复申诉或态度恶劣者，管理Teams有权不予受理。

6. 用户内容与知识产权

  • 本服务器的名称、Logo、原创玩法、地图、插件配置等归本服务器或相应权利人所有。
  • 您在服务器内创作的建筑、在Forum发布的内容，您保留其权利，但您授予本服务器一项免费、非独占的许可，用于展示、备份、宣传（如截图/视频）等运营用途。
  • 您发布的内容不得侵犯第三方知识产权。

7. 虚拟物品、充值与退款

  • 服务器内的虚拟货币、道具、称号、权限等均为虚拟服务，不具备现实货币价值，也不可兑换为现实货币。
  • 依据《我的世界》官方 EULA，任何充值/捐赠均属于对服务器运营的支持，我们不出售会破坏游戏平衡的"付费即胜"优势。
  • 退款政策：虚拟商品一经购买并发放，原则上不予退款；如遇重复扣款、支付故障等特殊情况，请在【X】天内Contact核实处理。
  • 拒付/撤单（Chargeback）：如您在充值后发起恶意拒付，我们有权永久封禁相关账号并收回全部已发放物品。
  • 若账号因违规被永久封禁，账号内所有虚拟物品一并失效，不予退款或补偿。

8. 服务的变更与中断

  • 本服务器为社区项目，可能因维护、升级、迁移、不可抗力（如断电、网络故障、DDoS 攻击等）临时或永久中断部分或全部服务。
  • 我们保留随时新增、修改或删除游戏玩法、规则、经济系统的权利。
  • 对于因服务中断、数据回档或存档丢失造成的影响，我们将尽力恢复，但不作任何保证。

9. 免责声明与责任限制

  • 本服务按"现状"和"现有"基础提供，不提供任何明示或默示的担保。
  • 在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务器及管理Teams不对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何直接或间接损失承担责任。
  • 本服务器与 Mojang Studios、Microsoft 无任何官方关联，未获其认可或赞助。"Minecraft/我的世界"为其各自权利人的商标。

  • 我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后将在本页面标注最新日期，重大变更会在网站或服务器内公告。

Welcome to DeceasedCraft: Allegiance (the "Server"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Server. By registering an account, connecting to the game server, accessing this website, or using any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Definitions

  • "Service": the game server, website, forum, store, and related features provided by the Server.
  • "User / you": any individual who registers for or uses the Service.
  • "Content": any information created by users, such as in-game builds, chat, and forum posts.
  • "Staff": the server owner, administrators (OPs), and helpers who assist with moderation.

2. Eligibility & Minors

  • You must have the legal capacity required to use the Service.
  • If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and any purchases must be authorized by them.
  • Staff may suspend an account or feature where there is reasonable belief it is operated by a minor without guardian consent.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, valid information when registering and must not impersonate others.
  • Each user may generally register only one main account; policies on alternate accounts are governed by server announcements.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • If you notice your account has been compromised or shows unusual activity, contact Staff immediately through official channels.
  • The Server is not liable for loss of account or virtual property caused by your own failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Player Conduct

While using the Service, you must not:

Fair play

  • Use cheat clients, hacks, X-ray, automation scripts, macros, speed hacks, or any tool that undermines fair play;
  • Maliciously exploit bugs to duplicate items, inflate the economy, or gain an unfair advantage;
  • Deliberately lag or crash the server, or exploit vulnerabilities to cause downtime.

Community conduct

  • Post or share abusive, discriminatory, threatening, sexual, violent, gambling-related, illegal, or inflammatory content;
  • Spam, advertise, or recruit players to other servers or platforms;
  • Doxx others, leak private information, or engage in real-life threats or harassment;
  • Impersonate Staff or other players to deceive.

In-game content

  • Maliciously grief or steal others' builds and items (subject to the server's gameplay rules);
  • Create builds containing prohibited text or imagery;
  • Engage in scam trades or phishing.

5. Enforcement & Appeals

  • Depending on severity, Staff may issue warnings, mutes, removal of illegal items, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
  • Specific penalties follow the server's published punishment guidelines, and Staff retain final discretion.
  • If you believe a penalty was issued in error, you may appeal through QQ group / Discord / ticket. Please include your account, the time, and relevant evidence.
  • Staff may decline to process repeated bad-faith or abusive appeals.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

  • The Server's name, logo, original gameplay, maps, and plugin configurations belong to the Server or their respective rights holders.
  • You retain your rights in the builds you create in-game and the content you post on the forum, but you grant the Server a free, non-exclusive license to display, back up, and promote it (e.g. screenshots/videos) for operational purposes.
  • Content you post must not infringe any third party's intellectual property.

7. Virtual Items, Purchases & Refunds

  • In-game currency, items, titles, and permissions are virtual services. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
  • In line with the official Minecraft EULA, any purchase or donation is a form of support for the Server's operation. We do not sell "pay-to-win" advantages that break game balance.
  • Refund policy: Virtual goods, once purchased and delivered, are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases such as duplicate charges or payment errors, contact us within 【X】 days so we can verify and resolve it.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a fraudulent chargeback after purchasing, we may permanently ban the associated account and revoke all delivered items.
  • If an account is permanently banned for violations, all virtual items on it are forfeited with no refund or compensation.

8. Changes & Interruptions to the Service

  • As a community project, the Service may be interrupted or discontinued in whole or in part due to maintenance, upgrades, migration, or force majeure (e.g. power/network failure, DDoS attacks).
  • We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove gameplay, rules, and economy systems at any time.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to recover from downtime, data rollbacks, or save loss, but make no guarantee.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Server and Staff shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
  • The Server is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of its respective owner.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest date will be shown on this page, and significant changes will be announced on the website or in-game.
  • Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
